By accessing or using AI Builder Kit ("kit", "product", "site"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular Law 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law — LGPD), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), and the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990). Where applicable, equivalent rights under your local jurisdiction apply.

AI Builder Kit is a set of code starters, rules documents, and an operational guide for building applications and websites with the help of artificial intelligence.

AI Builder Kit is a GUIDE. It is not your finished product, nor a guarantee of any specific outcome. The result depends entirely on how you use the kit, the decisions you make, and the context of your project.

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the kit content in personal and commercial projects, royalty-free.

Resale of the kit itself in its original form, or public distribution of the starters' source code as your own work, is not permitted. You may use the kit as a base for your own products, including commercial ones, without restriction.

You are SOLELY responsible for what you build, publish, and maintain with the kit. This includes, but is not limited to: application security, protection of your users' data, compliance with LGPD and other applicable laws, choice of providers (hosting, database, payments, etc.), testing, auditing, and maintenance.

The kit provides best practices and initial configurations, but cannot guarantee security or performance of what is built on top of it. Testing and auditing the application before going to production is your sole responsibility.

AI Builder Kit and its creators are not liable for: (i) security failures or data leaks in applications built with the kit; (ii) downtime, data loss, loss of revenue, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the kit; (iii) technical or commercial decisions made based on the kit or its documentation.

The kit is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The update policy and support scope are described in the FAQ section of the site. Updates are delivered at AI Builder Kit's sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time, with reasonable notice.

Payment is one-time and processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Asaas, or Pagar.me, depending on the case). Full money-back guarantee within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, no questions asked.

Handling of personal data collected by the AI Builder Kit site is described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the site with reasonable notice. Continued use of the product after changes implies agreement with the new version.
